I care about the touchscreen and the elegant touch interface instead of jerry rigging multitouch onto a mouse based interface.. I also care about having a device, to watch my media on, that gets 10 hours of battery life, that I can carry almost anywhere and access the internet without having to look for a wifi hotspot. I also care about using a device like this to control my computers remotely. I care about buying digital books as opposed to paper ones.

I think flash could be in danger to be honest, especially with html 5 now. Its all about ease of creation of end product that is viewable on ALL platforms without special plugins. Bring out a version with limited capability but one that still kicks ass, then after a year, add camera, microphone, multi-touch zoom and other benefits and get people to purchase the NEW version.(Just like the iPhone) As I state in one of my vids, why come out with all of your best moves in round 1, when its all about sales. For what it is, it is far better than any other niche market product of the same genre. This is just the beginning. :)

Your environmental argument is poor: trees are a sustainable and renewable resource, if demand for books increases, we can easily plant more trees, books can also be passed on, resold or recycled to be made into new books. With an eBook you need to produce this slob of electronics shipped all the way from China, it is very difficult to recycle...

Flash is a piece of junk that must be erradicated. Even the way of creating animations is bad. But the most important thing is that it is a ridiculous memory hog andvprocessor/video demanding, not the best thing for speed in the web. Flash has been a bad decision for Internet that became popular, that's the only reason it still exist.
