@scuntpunter420 so throwing past the basket to show how far you can throw is better than landing right next to it? Man, good thing you don't shoot any videos! "Watch how I can throw 100 feet past this basket!!!!"
all of these videos are not so great examples of an excellent tomahawk.. your form is off (dont take this personally please) try putting it behind your head keeping it close to your head as you throw the motion.. you extend way out and dont snap. Looks like you could get a lot more out of your toss or just heiser it and not call it a tomahawk? Gets the job done but you could rock much harder :)
WTF???? I thought this video was gonna be a slow motion of an axe being thrown, BTW, why does he throw overhand rather than side arm, is overhand better for throwing a Frisbee?
@DiscGolfer705 I played a bit of it in my sport class back in Grade 8 but we just used normal/common frisbees, but the ones used in professional disc golf probably fly better.
@stoopidhaters ... Not a frisbee those are too light and the air catches them. You use disc golf drivers, they're shaped differently and they're heavier. There's many different ways to throw it.
You really don't need to throw a tomahawk on that basket, but if your tomahawk squeezes throught the trees and lands within feet of the basket everytime than why not?
first of all - ihatecheeseheads - - this throw is not ugly, its a precisely calculated shot.. you're just mad you can't throw an overhand with accuracy
secondly - baringstreet - - watch the video ... it didnt hit a tree... and as far as the "lucky roll" ... you can generally expect an overhand shot like that to kick left when it hits the ground due to the spin it has on it.... maybe if you could throw a shot like this you would know...
That basket is what <150ft...? really that looked pretty damn weak!
