@InfiniteWhizBang, I think he's just enjoying himself and getting into it. In spite of what Seagal clearly lacks in acting ability, he certainly has charisma and is comfortable in front of a crowd and camera.
@txteabagger, I don't see much fat on his arms at all. He looks like he has quite a bit of upper body strength if you ask me. Not all people tone out like body builders or Bruce Lee. My dad who was a bodybuilder always said there is "athletic shape like Ali and bodybuilding shape like Ferrigno or Schwarzeneggar" (sorry for butchering Lou's last name)
As a boxer myself I never really developed a six pack, but I could run longer and farther than most people I know with few exceptions.

Some of the greatest fighters I've ever seen looked like Seagal, give or take. Some of it was they just had a ton of talent and jsut didn't excercise properly, getting by on their skill near the end of their career (James Toney). Others had a gland/metabolic issue (Tex Cobb, I believe, and guys like Tank Abbot)

Why do cops always talk about "putting their life on the line"? Unless you work in a crime filled area, you probably NEVER do. And according to statistics, as a cop, if your were to die, it would probably be from a car accident (no wonder, that is what cops do most of the time- sit in a car or drive around). Do construction works boast about putting "their lives on the line every day" to construct our houses, being that they have the highest number of fatalities per year, and get paid squat!

@txteabagger, I don't see much fat on his arms at all. He looks like he has quite a bit of upper body strength if you ask me. Not all people tone out like body builders or Bruce Lee. My dad who was a bodybuilder always said there is "athletic shape like Ali and bodybuilding shape like Ferrigno or Schwarzeneggar" (sorry for butchering Lou's last name)
As a boxer myself I never really developed a six pack, but I could run longer and farther than most people I know with few exceptions.

Some of the greatest fighters I've ever seen looked like Seagal, give or take. Some of it was they just had a ton of talent and jsut didn't excercise properly, getting by on their skill near the end of their career (James Toney). Others had a gland/metabolic issue (Tex Cobb, I believe, and guys like Tank Abbot)
And in spite of Seagal's age/weight/size he still moves VERY well, no?

@SilentTrama We have been reciving oil from the middle east (Saudi Arabai, Kuwait) since the end of WWII. When Sadam invaded Kuwait (one of America's oil perseves) it sparked Desert Storm. 90% of US imported oil is from Saudi/Kuwait...Better do your reserach. Look up Saudi Aramco
