I'm sorry, but this kid creeps me out! He's very girlish looking and I don't know exactly what it is, but something about his appearance is very unsettling. I can see him turning out to be a serial killer or a cannibal some years down the road. Who knows, maybe he has already started...

its probably the eyes that scare you. I have the same type and i get the same thing said about me. But i don't see him killing anyone, he just looks like he could.
