@LadyKy007 thing is galaxy wasnt a local radio station as we had it down here as well but it was owned by gcap media and they decided to nationalise the heart and capital networks as they were popular in london. so believe me galaxy was not a local radio station, if you ask any londoner to name you a popular radio station they will say capital or heart because theyre popular. you didnt complain when heart was nationalised why are you complaining now?

this is shite.... Galaxy in the old days of ''Dance and RNB'' was the best.. now it's commercial shite! Galaxy in the old days was awesome but from pre-2008 it went down the drain mainly thanks to global.... I know I won't be listening to Capital! Radio 1 or Kiss if you want this dance and RNB music!

Galaxy was good before Global turned it into a repetitive childrens jukebox, with the most boring daytime programming it's ever been my displeasure to hear!

As if that wasn't bad enough, the sound quality on DAB was abysmal and the specialist shows were ruined by random repetitive kids pop crashing in before the ad breaks!

Global must have decided that it still wasn't quiet shite enough, so they've now made it even worse!!!!!

Galaxy was good as a dance-centric station. I didn't listen to it to hear &*@$ from The Wanted or The Script or any other boy-bands. I listened to it back when it met the dance format requirement and it was a lot brighter, bolder and unique. I think this is the final nail in the coffin now. It just doesn't have the same charm Galaxy had. Getting rid of Adele Roberts and most of the dance mix shows is a bad move too. I want Galaxy back. The brand I grew up with!

@WeloveZidane you are entitled to your opinion, but the script are nothing like the wanted. the wanted is like the typical boy band, cheesy ect. the script are unique, they have their own sound.
