I can definitely recommend the China Glaze and Models Own polishes. They hardly ever chip and last ages. You can get China Glaze from Salons Direct here in the UK. x x

I was so disappointed when I indulged in my first ever Chanel nail polish (461 Blue Satin) - it chips so badly! I did have more luck with it when I applied some Sally Hanesen Insta-Dri over the top though - much better.

I love how you described one of the colors by comparing it to the patches on Geography Teacher's jacket, so perfect! And I totally understand when you say you get "hairlines" on your nails when you paint them before bed, I do the same thing & sometimes end up with the weave from my pillow fabric (which is super tiny) on my top coat... looks sorta neat, but usually its only on a couple of nails so I end up re-doing the top coat as I drive to work! haha! Your videos are great, I love your honesty!

I definitely agree with what you said about top coats needing to be liquidy. I HATE when I have a gloopy one and I drag my nice nail polish and then it goes all manky and I just have to remove it because it looks so bad. Great video. xx

I'm also on the fence with Essie polishes, I've got a similar coral shade in 'Haute as Hello', wore it on holiday and by the second day it had literally turned white in the sun! Had to spend the next 2 weeks with white toe nails, not a good look! Great collection :-) xx

I was introduced to Nails Inc quite a few years ago by my dear old Mum and her QVC addiction! They do great collections and sometimes it works out £4-5 per bottle which is great compared to £11 individually. Also ASOS always seems to have a few on sale but for current collections and new/exclusive colours definitely check out QVC's website x
