Today I went and bought a blade 400 and I got home to charge the battery and the power adapter was not there. I wish I had saw this video before I drove 35 minutes one way and then back to buy this and then realize one I got home I can't charge the battery.
@SmackDaddyQ thats why I made a point to say so I dont live near the hobby store either .. I was glad I knew someone that bought one so I knew to buy it when I got mine... good luck with it small helis are a handful.. thanks for watching
Your DX61 transmitter is 149.99 and the Blade is Ready to fly. Each machine is built in the factory and test flown before placed in the box. Just because a battery isnt charged does not constitute an (Almost) ready to fly. I have had a Blade 400 for 2 1/2 years now.
@sborn1571 I said that because the wall plug for the charger is not included.. I am sorry if it is ready to fly it should have a full charge set up in the box... also it should have a area on the box telling you that is not included... but it does not ... I put that as part of my video so those buyers out there that did not know like me would be aware that they needed to make another purchace
@spitfireMK22 ... yes but when I buy somthing that says RTF on the box it should be RTF.. also now you know ... so you wont make the same mistake I did and not buy one right away
Nicely done. I still fly the one in my review from 2 years ago when they first came out. It is a quite reliable machine with a great radio for sure. 5 stars.
yep ... belive me i know sims are the only way to go ... thats what we learned on ... other than the cx2s we really started with those ... good way to get a feel for the sticks
yeah they are lots of fun ... i have to buy some parts i crashed it .... was practicing turning and was flying at myself in a small area and got scared over throtled then down on the throtle and crashed into a skid loader ... oh well it will be a cheap fix

Buy cheap Chinese batteries unless you have nothing but money or are competing professionally. Eflite Batteries are a ripoff

Just because it doesnt come with a wall charger doesnt mean it should be a ARF.
