i have fasted at times and smely wonderful, and at first i was not happy cause i couldnt have any, BUT then i thuoght, hey it smells nice....just enjoy the smell. it worked i did enjoy just the smell.
am 14. am trying this shit. they said that it makes u feel like a child n how it gives u energy n shit. this crap doesnt. well not for me atleast. ughh. i wanna do it but my parents keep buging me about how unhealthy it is. i think am going to go eat. am on day 2.
on my 2nd day i felt like shyt and yeah i had a headache no hunger but felt so bad and i puked since my smell increased so yeah puked until i could puke no more. Felt better though.
