I cook fish all the time I never wear gloves I just cut it up wash the organs and gills out or sometimes cut them out pour salt in, wash my hands, and cook em you don't need gloves

wow..I would NEVER have known that fish entrails were so simple to figure out! most of the time cleaning fish after catching them was to gut the fish and I never bothered to take my time to really look because I just wanted to get it done and over with...I don't care much for fishy smell :)
