A good PC that will run everything at a high-max would probably cost you 700$-900$.

Also, if you haven't noticed, investing in a Gaming PC will double as investing in the best performing PC for all the crap that you do on a PC. No one should ever buy a PC just for gaming; it's a life essential (nowadays), and it should function nicely.

Well, that's your opinion. I built my PC for $650 and I can run all my games in high settings nicely. Playing games like Total War, Crysis, Oblivion (which I can't play in a console), a good MMORPG, etc. totally worth it. Also I can download extra contents, drivers, skins and mods for free.

That's actually not that daring of a feat when you build your own. If you just buy it off the shelf, you're not getting a $650 PC with good enough settings for Crysis. I built a computer on a $500 budget and it runs Crysis on Very High. It's just needing to know when and from where to buy things.

Sagat is over powered but still beatable. Its only been out 8 months on consoles, but there are a few up and coming console characters placing high in tournaments. Gen, in particular, has so many moves and a great mixup game. The Japanese are used to the original 12 since last year, they dont like the console only characters...Also none play with Boxer for some reason. Its still early.
