ok basically, the war is "technically"still on and it hasn't ended b/c there was no treaty signed. Just a cease fire. So globalforce is correct. Just because China entered the war, that didn't mean S. Korea lost. It just became a stalemate. War is barbaric and causes people to do things they normally wouldn't do.
