With respect to Leslie, I like doing these quick, easy workout segments during the day when I need to get up from my desk. They're a great way to get the cobwebs out after staring at the computer for hours at work. But gee she's so predictible I can only do about 10 minutes at a time before getting so bored I have to quit - and I mute the sound because she babbles on and on and on.
@NotaPizzaGRL You are so right. I was doing this exercise and when I went to the 3rd video I seen that I missed 7 mins of the exercise. i wish the videos were added more properly. Cause this is a great exercise

o my goodness thank you so much for posting!! I did this program on my tv the exercise on demand, lost about 30 or so lbs, works brilliantly. But then they got rid of that on demand station and so now i haven't had this to do..So thanks a bunch!
