i think by the lipgloss/lipliner look, i think they mean when people use very dark lipliner just around their lips and don't fill in so it looks like you have a dark ring around their mouth once their lip color wears off

ahaha, lipstick/liner.. is the dark lipliner and light lightstick.. and you can fix bad hair color, you can have it stripped and re-colored to a different color rather with a cut you have to wait for it to grow out
