I likes the molds! I got to pick the flavor (watermelon) and it tasted good. It felt like they were puting puddy in my mouth and it felt funny but i liked it, i do have to admit that i gaged a little when they put the top one on but it was only a few seconds, im going to ask to keep mine :)

My spacers kept popping out, and I had to keep putting them back in with the floss. I've had mine for almost 3 1/2 years, and I'm getting them off soon (supposedly and hopefully!). The molds are horrible for me, because my mouth is so small, so they gag me automatically. It doesn't take them 5 seconds to start gagging me. I can't wait to get them off!

Spacers are so they can fit the metal bits around your mouth.

Mine were just tiny elastic bands, and it hurt the most when they were put on, for me.

I got my braces yesterday and they are quite sore now but I was just wondering if that's the worst of it! Dies it really hurt when you get them tightened? And if you get the elastics on at the back (which I think I am getting) do they hurt! I'm really worried, I am so bad with pain :/

@tillybud16 It does really hurt but you just have to take some aspirin beforehand, as for the rubber bands you will feel a moderate amount of pain but you'll get used to it. Good luck :)

When I got my braces on, the people like pressed so hard it made my gums bleed...... Also recently I had to get surgery in my mouth cuz I had an impacted tooth? Idk but

It wasn't growing in the right way so now I have this thing in my mouth that is attached

To my tooth in my gums by a chain that pullin it down. I've had my braces for about a year and I still need my bottom braces! All well just can't wait till I have a good teeth!

Spacers didn't hurt for at all but i had the spacers and my top braces together i had them for i think a month or 2 and had 4 teeth taken out!:O so theres was like month and a half without eatin! well u know soft stuff it was painful! i just got my bottom braces a month ago and i never really used wax but so far they aren't that bad!

they're like two small elastic band rings. they put these in between two of your molars at the back. they put one for each side of your mouth. does that help?
