Garry's Mod, a mod for Half-Life 2. It is a sandbox game, which means it has no particular goals and you can do whatever the bloody you want, and takes stuff from all other games running on the Source engine, including Team Fortress 2, Portal, and Counter-Strike: Source.

It also allows for additional user-made content, making it pretty much infinitely fun.
