This is how you play against blankas

Blankas are defensive characters which is understandable for them to turtle, hence the reason why Daigo uses jabs to fake/bait fireballs.

Normals only builds up meters when it makes contact with the opponent.

AND NO SHORYU SPAMS AREN'T SUPPOSE TO TAUNT PPL, ITS TO BUILD METERS FOR NEXT ROUND, if he wanted to taunt he would have just used the "taunt" command...

Yes, they do. The mk that can hit jumping opponents as they land (also is so far away that it cant be punished if blocked and can chain attacks easily from it), hurricane kick cheese in general (and can be done mid air at the last second to escape attacks), more crossups than anybody, shoryukens can be punished but there is cheese there as you can just mash it out, best (and safest) normal moves in the game. Thats just for starters, winning with a shoto is nothing impressive at all.

Actually I've play boxer since his horrible CE days...Im sure you play shotos and think its a big deal that you can win with by far the most favored characters in the game. The truth is that shotos are noob friendly characters and are very attractive to scrubs as you can tell online.
