Thats they appear to be of "ignorance" The first verse revealed to Prophet Muhammad is "READ in the name of the world who has created you ..." So the ignorance you see is NOT based on Islam. Most of ther Arab leaders are ignorant because they dont follow Islam.

If Allah made all the peoples of the world over a million years ago (that´s how long it took humans to evolve into modern man),then how come hardly any of the ancient cultures practised Islam ? The Aborigines of Australia, the Incas & Aztecs,the North American Indians,the Germanen & Celts,the Japanese & Chinese,the great ancient African cultures etc. NONE were Muslims and most aren´t today !
Perhaps (like Moses) Allah didn´t know much about far-away places.
