  • Great tune 2562

    : )

  • THIS IS NOT DUBSTEP.

    Obviously.

Dubstep is shit, dead and buried.

  • It's a shame that dubstep has taken the wobbly route. People keep showing me this stuff that's basically rock music with female vocals over it that after like 4 mins drops into some generic wibbly-wobbly dubstep bassline stuff. 2562 is a prime example of how you can create dubstep with it's original 2-step influence while experimenting all around it with-out resorting to wobbles. Amazing.

  • Industrial>>>>>>>>>>>>>This shat, enjoy your white nigger music

  • do you have anything like this, but with a mix of good rap in it?

  • @helnn13 not really, at least i don't know. there could be some remixes.

  • @helnn13 like the idea, but rather not. This should be as it is :)

  • @helnn13 Benga - Back in the day or bring the noise might come close to what you're looking for.

  • Man I couldn't stand dubstep, after having my friends blast Bassnectar and Rusko. But I think I'm gonna get into it now after hearing this.

  • @TedsGotSlacks

    Haha, same story duude :D

  • Anyone who says dubstep is garbage probably hasn't heard 2562

  • 2008 ruined dubstep. this was a step back towards the right direction.

  • @FahtimaHatima More like a step forward. And Dubstep was never ruined.

  • yea I got this album

  • i need a sensei lol. i'm just stepping into this scene and i have no idea whats going on any help would be greatly appreciated

  • oh i am a complete noob just stepping into the world of dubstep and i need to know where to start my enlightment. before this i was mostly metal and hard rock with small doses of rap. but after a couples raves where borgore and other dubstep was blaring i fell in liove. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE AWESOME

  • @punkver2point0 stop listning to boregore

  • BROCKOUT

  • sounds like a song from earthbound on the SNES

  • this song is bangin but glokd is a groundhog forsure if he doesnt like caspa and rusko; best two artists on dub soldiers

  • i dont hear the dubstep bruh, but its a raw song though

  • @ShippudenKLD100

Dubstep isn't just crazy mid-bass wobbles. This SCREAMS Dubsteppy goodness from every iota of it's being...plus a little trip-hop.

It's got the spacey beat, and big bass. It's also got finesse, which a lot of the popular Dubstep doesn't really anymore, not that it is bad or anything...but this stuff beats it in my opinion.

This is just as much Dubstep as Chasing Shadows, Bar 9, and Borgore are...it's just a different vein of Dubstep.

  • @musicalconartist true that! i love this dubstep. but i realize that i listen to more Dnb, hardstep, and shuffling that dubstep. do u kno any shufflestep and chillstep songs?

  • excellent track with this you can easily change from dubstep to techno in a dj set

  • GLOKD fuck you caspa and Rusko ftw

  • Don't get me started on Pendulum!! Loving this!!

  • Fenomeno!

  • this smashed the dancefloor to pieces in London on friday night. What a great tune

  • This is pure gold !

  • im so glad to see there are like minded people who feel this as much as i do! words can't even explain what this song conveys. its just so damn good

  • meh, i don't like it

  • such an intense song

  • so sick.

  • oh my fucking fuck.

if there was a song I would loop endlessly, this would be it.

  • fck caspa and rusko, this is dubstep.

  • @GLOKD I couldn't agree more.

  • They did for dubstep what pendulum did for drum and bass. I'm not saying I don't listen to either of them because I do but in small doses, we need these artists to distract the mainstream from what's really happening underground, so ssshhhh don't say anything about ............

  • the mainstream couldn't handle this even if they were exposed to it...they don't have open enough ears.

  • @GLOKD do you mean that if "people who listen to popular music" were exposed to this music, they wouldn't enjoy it because they're not able to appreciate good music ?

I don't speak english and i'd like to be sure i understood this comment...

  • @Schaezen

My point was that to enjoy this offshoot of dubstep requires a sophisticated appreciation for rhythm (hat work, shuffles, ghost notes); chords (minor 7ths, not obvious majors); melody (twisted, creative); production (no cheesy LFOs) - and a feel for the deep and soulful rather than the formulaic and commercial. Things your average scene kid doesn't pride themself on. It's for this reason that this music remains relatively underground. This is dubstep for museos.

  • ok ;) btw, i agree 100%. it's like minimal music. to me this *watch?v=o1OsXiG6vrs*

is a wonderful track, but i guess the "mainstream" will never understand it :)

  • @Schaezen

Yeah, liked that tune a lot. Reminded me a lot of Ruxpin-Magrathea (worth a google, 2nd link down) and Murcof-Martes (can find most of that album on youtube.)

  • @GLOKD yeah i really love marglyttan. you seem to know a lot about electro ;) i didn't know murcof, thx for sharing this

  • @GLOKD Exactly mate :D Loving the vibe in these comments, big ups to all of you, I'm glad people are agreeing with each other for once lol, I'm sure 2562 is more than pleased that no one is arguing over his tune :D

  • @bonsaichemist Sir you've read my mind. One of the best youtube comments I have ever agreed with +1up for you

  • @bonsaichemist Agreed, Fantastic comment

    Good on ya lol

  • @bonsaichemist I like you

  • @bonsaichemist haha yeah man I agree.

  • @GLOKD, AMEN TO THAT!

  • @GLOKD

I hate how hating on Caspa and Rusko has become the latest cool thing to do. You see the same repetitive unsubstantiated comments hating on them on every dubstep video on youtube. They're by no means fantastic, especially not any more, but it's people who can't think for themselves and who copy the latest craze that ruined the old style of dubstep and made it mainstream in the first place.

  • @HexagonalBolts I made this comment a year ago when caspa and rusko were churning out the same formulaic mass-appeal tunes every week. It's not that I'm jumping on any bandwagon, it's that I have a respect for the appreciation of adeptly produced dubstep which has musical integrity. I'm not saying there is no merit in what caspa and rusko have done but by comparison to the likes of 2562 there really is no debate to be had here. 2562 is an innovator and c+r are, as you say, cashing in on a craze.

  • pure dirt.

  • this dude is a god

  • this album is incredible.

  • this album is going to soundtrack my life

  • lloelol

  • fuckin sickkkk

  • ACHOO

  • this is the album to end all albums

  • Can't wait for this album to drop...

  • fantastic

  • love it
