  • Téna Koé Prekash14 and Tiki taane. One Word for the amazing "Haka haka":W.O.N.D.E.R.F.U.L.

And I LOVE N.Z. for ever.

    E Noho Ra.

  • awful quality blegh

  • Thanks for the invite

  • Ka pai!

  • Loved it the first time i heard it and still it stll sends chills up the spine.

  • @Djtristan111 Captain Pete Bethune of the Ady Gil ( SeaShepherd Foundation ) filmed his travels to this song--Go to animal planet.com ,Or I'll send you a vid..

  • This gives me the chills. It's so amazing.

  • Tiki... I am SOO stoked I seen you at PHAT10! COME TO PHAT11 bro!

  • Amazing song, amazing video.

  • Tikki - you da man!!! Awesome stuff :-)

  • fukn hell, everytime I hear a haka my neck shivvers, Ive grown up in maori schools and never got it, but being away from it for so long....Maaaan...

  • wow it's a very good video. If it's a good song I can't say, i don't know any other maori songs. but It's very impressive.

  • The character needed more transition on beach scene.. more angst, a haka in background maybe, then quit docile granny... continuity a prob with vidoe. Other than, fucking awesome potential.

  • @NZKiwiKicks maybe he didn't want angst. to me it sounds like this song is intended to be more spiritual then angsty. just because it's Maori doesn't mean it needs a haka.

  • Powerful and beautiful!

  • How can you describe this? This is Beautiful and spiritual! just amazing!

  • Bought the last album, but was really disappointed coz it was mainly electronic and very little ethnic like this version.

MAKE AN ETHNIC ALBUM, TIKI!! LOVE THIS SONG!!

  • From the divine heartbeat of Mother Earth and the ever-elusive constant of Sky Father

all descend and all ascend the natural world

The timeless current of tranquil stillness

the harmonic music of ones infinite ocean

Resilient are the vital influences of the universe

Stand liberated by the inner radiance

Be still be silent and all shall be revealed

  • Ko Papatuanuku me Ranginui nga matua o te ao.

I puta mai nga tamariki nga Atua o te ao

    He Atua o te moana

Ko Tangaroa he Atua o te moana

    Tu mai te ihi

    Tu mai te wehiwehi

    Tu mai te wanawana e

    Hi ha aue

  • What country does this originate? What tribe? Maori?

  • @WakeUpDummies

New Zealand, and maori it is

  • Cool. Thanks. Thats what I thought but not sure

  • cool dat

  • wea was the video shot?

  • ko papatu-A-Nuke me Rangi nui

Ko Papa tu o te ao

I puta mai nga tamariki hei atua o te ao

    hei atua o te moana

ko tangaroa hei atua o te moana

    he atua o te moana

ko tangaroa hei atua o te moana

(tu mai nga ihiihi tu mai te mahimahi tu mai te wanawana e)

  • What is the english tranlation? I love this song and get the gist but a better understanding would be great.

  • It's just;

"Papa-Tu-A-Nuku and Ranginui gave birth to the children that were created to be the Gods of the world. Tangaroa was to be the Atua of the sea."

"Tu mai nga ihiihi..." doesn't have an "in-depth" explanation in English as it does in Maori so, I guess it would mean Awesome :P lol.

  • check tha tikidub website for translation

  • love this!!! mean maori mean!!

  • does any one hav the lyrics in maori?
