  • Beautiful thank you.

  • MY FAVORITE OLD TIME HYMN. YOU SOUND A LITTLE LIKE A C. O.G. I. C. ORGANIST. ARE YOU. CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST THAT IS. KEEP UP THE GREAT PPLAYING. POLYWOG690 INDIANA, PA. JIMMY STEWARTS TOWN 11/14 /11

  • HI, YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFULL SOUND THERE, HAMMONDS, THE BEST ORGANS EVER MADE, :)

  • Make sure you teach this to all your friends, children, their children, etc. so I will have someone to play it at my funeral.

  • ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL JEN!!! I just bought me a Hammond T-212 last month. It was broke, but I'm an electronics technician/teacher and have it almost completely fixed. I also built an external leslie for my other organs!

  • Beautiful played.. hear can actually hear the melody of the lyrics...

  • A dear friend of mine passed...only one living relative. Some friends of his from the magic communiuty (he was also a magician) are having a memorial today.

He played his hammond organ by ear. The only he thing he ever said about his passing was he wanted amazing grace played. I promised him I would play it if he would record it...that never happened. This organist in this video played it just like I remember he would. I am going to play this at his memorial today. Thanks, Nick

  • @magicsparkleboi This is beautiful. I hope he heard it clearly in Heaven.

  • excellent

  • If you can't afford a Hammond Organ but have a computer with a good sound card and a Midi keyboard you could get organ software from "Native Instruments" and play it for real and it sound just like the real thing too.

  • meencanto me encanto!

  • I can't help but let the tears flow. What a tremendous blessing! THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU!!! I pray to God I could find a church with such heavenly music.

  • Amen, Amen, Continue to do the LORD's Work, GOD Speed

  • JUST THE SOUND AND ORGAN I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR... my grandmother played a Hammond for 25+ yrs and I haven't seen one look like it but yours. beautiful song by the way

  • genial!! enhorabuena , un saludo desde españa

  • I want the sheet music to this arrangement....this is beautiful.....please tell me there is sheet music available....I will gladly pay for it.....played by ear can also be set to sheet music.........LOVE this arrangement......nothing beats a Hammond organ....

  • I grew up in the African-American Pentecostal church (COGIC) where all you here is the Hammond Organ; I must say that I really enjoy your version(s) of several songs.

  • Hammond is the musicworlds god.

  • I love the sound of Hammond Organs in the afternoon. Feels like victory :)

  • crying...

  • amazing sound!

  • This is sooo good. Hi Nima!

  • nice and played well. However sometimes less complex with more "groove" is better. Taking nothing away from your skills. Just my thoughts. Original "Green Onions" comes to mind. It draws you in instead of overpowering you with complex sounds.

  • Are you doing the foot work or is somebody else playing the bass????

  • foartre frumos(Romania)

  • Sounds like though song you would hear in the African-American Chruches during the time of Martin Luther King.

  • Beautifully done. BRAVO !!!!

  • NICE! There's nothing like a Hammond Organ!

  • @ebufford amen!

  • I stand corrected and knew the difference. Some years ago I owned a Hammond B-3 with Leslie tonal cabinet. For church I still prefer a pipe organ...the bigger the better.

  • yo quiero un hammond, i wanna a hammond

  • Beautiful.....that was an amazing organ solo.....

  • The effects that the organ player is using is called tremolo, not vibrato. Tremolo effects the organ player is using is called a Leslie speaker, rotating the sound with mechanical speakers. It is a good effect for that classic gospel sound. Vibrato de-tunes rapidly, shifting the tone with out going out of tune.

  • Pipe organs are wonderful, too. All depends what one wants to hear. For me, it's pipe organs in church. Constantly switching the vibrato is distracting to me. Enjoy your playing though.

  • Absolutely gorgeous!!!!!

  • The leslie has nothing to do with the way the organ is played -that is up to the organist. I too have a hammond and have had for years but again I think it takes away from your playing just as some others look at the foot pedals when they play. Then its you and your video.

  • You are one great player of the organ and piano. Please play some more and get someone to put them all on one location. You have a great talent. How long have you been playing? You make me want to go out and buy a Hammond rignt now. I have Clavinova.... Steve

  • That was wonderful. Just what I was seeking for Amazing Grace. Better than the big pipe organs....Amazing. Thanks

  • I enjoy your music so very much and its very anointed. Are you Holiness? I feel the Holy Spirit when you play:

    Rev. Michael Capps, Ph.D

  • Shouldn't All Christians be Holiness Reverand??? We r all of the Holy Father so therefore wouldn't we all be Holy?

  • There is a lot that doesnt make sense about the christian church. Most of it in fact.

  • IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE WHY???

  • How do you mean? If you will forgive my intrusion... I'll understand if you would rather not answer.

  • I have listened to Hammond Organs for 50 over years and you play really good. Your chords, phrasing and harmonics are great - but you really do need to keep your thumb OFF the Leslie switch!!! Play a chorus with the Leslie ON Play a chorus with the Leslie off, but not one line on one line off. Maybe I'm old fashioned - but you are playing 'old fashioned' hymns! I suspect you are American; I'm a Brit. Sorry

  • Well, when I play for our choir, I am constantly changing the Leslie. I do it because it adds depth and character to what would be a normal song. Each to his/her own in their personal style of playing. As long as it is for the glory of God, well, that's all that counts.

  • I would like to see you playing Sweet Hour of Prayer. Is this at all possible? Watching you play is an inspiration. Thank God for you.

  • Music is a true gift. This beautiful music is a true gift. Thank you.

  • Absolutely wonderful!

  • its the hammond organ/leslie technique

  • Thank you Lord Jesus for saving me

  • did you play barefoot?

  • That sounds Great! What kind of Leslie do you have?

  • is there sheet music available for this arrangement?

  • No, it is played by ear. Sorry

  • @jflowers10 The prog is maybe G, G7, G5aug, C, Gdim, G than E, A7, D7, am I right? I play by ear too, so that would help (any suggestion?)

    Your execution was wonderful!

  • Really really nice!!!!Well done!!!

  • Very nice. Loved the arrangement and chord transitions

  • I really enjoyed this site. I sang along and had church at my house. A delightfullly

    talented person.

    Rev. Michael Capps, D.D., Th.D, Ph.D

    Apostolic Bishop:

  • My Aunt used to play like that! The beautiful old Gospel time Hymns! Please keep posing I love them more than any I've hear on You-Tube!!!

  • Jen, this is magnificent. I enjoy playing what gospel I can, but you're an inspiration. Thank you for such wonderful music, and God Bless!

  • You're awsome!!!!!!
