Maybe Mike wouldn't have come in first place but it would have been very close(NOT 5th). Arnold was in terrible shape and beat NO one in that competition. Don’ get me wrong when Arnold was in his prime he was great, and I don't like him, but I do give him the respect he deserves. So don't be a dick and give Mike the same.

Why was Arnold allowed to enter the contest less than 24 Hrs in advance, when you had to enter 30 days in advance. Nevermind Dickerson and Zane are much the same. The only thing Dorian did,was he made you go HOLYSH-- with some of his poses. I hate to admit it, because I hated his stomach, But he is the one that got me lifting weights. For that one reason, his back size awesome. Also the guy who I believe the most complete, was Flex Wheeler. Long fliud lines and always in great condition. He should have won every competion he entered because his was beautiful. Even my wife agrees.

Nope Lee Haney was the best. Massive a tiny waist and a great back and leg development. Coleman was great in 98, but then he went the way of Yates and let gh destroy his stomach. Arnold and Larry Scott had 0 leg development and Sergio was a little too smooth. Frank Zane was ok but he was too small. Samir bannout was a the physical doppelganger Columbo> Dickerson was good Lee haney was a bigger better version. Cutler big blocky and has a keg for waist. I have no complaints about Dex

Agree with alexisbrooke08 below. Dorian Yates changed bodybuilding hugely. His incredible mass, especially legs and back, pushed bodybuilding into a new era; some might say at the expense of certain aesthetics. Ron Coleman took the Yates model to an extreme. Impressive yes, but personally I think too much mass, not enough refinement. Long gone are the days of the late 1970's and 1980's.
