@nTZeroz If you have a problem they talk to you in GM Speak...that little whisper box that pops up when a GM Talks to you. Also if you look at the "GM's" Chat it doesn't have BLIZZ next to it meaning thats not a GM. Finally if you were to be at GM Island in Retail the GMs would instantly transport you to GM Prison cause no player is allowed at GM Island. Further more if a GM must make an appearance they port to you.

lol i quit WOW back dureing sept before cata. But I became friend's with a few GM's. and friend's with people who have GM's within their family.

So this kind of stuff I do know about.

There use to be a GM island on realms in the accual game, but it was removed back dureing the time this clip was made. back in July of 2007. Because that's around the time GM's were not allowed to ever use their GM accounts in regular realms any longer.

main reason for that choice was because people complained when a guy started bragging about how he got his gear from a GM who was a family member. that GM lost their job with blizzard and GM island was no longer.

It is a private server because the FPS or Frames Per Second must be really low. Below 25 Im guessing and usaully private servers can have that low FPS and it makes it laggy.

@topbobby69 yes most people make this mistake, if you use all scripts that bliz uses, like all other copyrights, you can get banned/sewed, but with each copyright and its details, its all the scripts that are currently within the game itself, if you change one little thing say the EXP rate of the mob kills from standard to say 20%, then the copyright is nulled and bliz cant touch you. ^_^ arnt loophole great?!?!

It's called a private server. I was a GM/Admin on one, and GM's would teleport you wherever they happened to be at the time to assist you. Same thing for speed hackers/noclip/fly hacks.
