Can you people read? Says SA map in Vice City, hence why all the animations, weapons and cars are from vice city and why there is no one diriving in the street.

@habil888 Well, this guy did make the whole map of San Andreas in Vice City. He's not a magician and it takes time for whoever made the mod to program all the peds. I can see someone getting the mods and using them on PSP. San Andreas on PSP would kick-ass!
@lester2518 My Vice City (the original) can go to 1080 p, really didn't know, but since I have new screen I tested it and it works. Loved the old maping of vice city with the blue-pink, but the little circle map is the best on GTAIV.
@lester2518 easy just go open your vice city and in the first menu befor loading a game or anew game go to canfige/display/and change it from 640x480 to better resoloution then press entre ther you go (enjoy)
