Namely, what if any bills or programs she sponsered to promote Afghanistan's civil reconstruction. Instead of creating controversial stirs amongst Afghan lawmakers, she could have appropriately distinguished herself by renovating her extremely underdeveloped district of Farah, Afghanistan.
