I... Love... This... Game... Dark dawn was such a dissapointment, it was pretty much just a copy of the 1st and 2nd with other characters and some differences in the story.

Not saying it's bad, just... I expected more...

I can't understand why you guys seem to dislike GS:DS so much. I thought it was pretty great if a bit easy. It was pretty obvious it was just setting itself up for a sequel the second you beat the Roc, if not earlier.

Lol I've played and beaten Dark Dawn. The story was BALLS. They'd better make the sequel over 9000 times better.

@13Tsukihana13 It wasn't as good as the other ones, but it was a decent game. The story kind of made sense in a way, but it just wasn't as epic. I felt like the Djinns were too easy to find, and the puzzles a bit too easy. That wasn't really a problem though. It was just something that made the game slightly less interesting.

@13Tsukihana13 Yeah. The only battle I really found pretty hard was the werewolf boss thingy. The one which absorbed Blados and Chalis you know. It did tons of damage in one shots. The fact that Excalibur and Sol Blade didn't want to use their strong special attacks for like 25 turns didn't really help either.

Meh... By that point I was already level 60... Defeated it in like 6 turns... XD

And Sol Blade, Excalibur, AND Masamune were using their special specials like EVERY turn... :p

Try boosting your chara's luck and attaching Crit. Up gear like the Ninja Garb and such... o w o

@13Tsukihana13 I did. I'm also Ninja on both Matthew and Tyrell, so they should do about 1k damage with their strongest attacks. It still didn't do anything. By the way, I'm at about level 50-54, so it's a bit harder for me. Though you get like 10k exp for each enemy in that place, so it's like... you gain two levels before getting to the boss, and that's just a few steps away.

@Werewolf211 you have to understand its of the same caliber as gs1, gs2 was overkill for me(long, hard, filled with sidequest etc). remember that dark dawn is the begining of a new story so you can't expect much epicness from it xcept at the end it was epic the Mourning moon that isaac was talking about is about to occur over angara again. GET READY!!!! so for me if you really dug into the information and back story of the game you would understand and come to appreciate dark dawn.

@BlackMagic8520 It's only one of the greatest RPG's out there! And the third game in the series will be coming soon. I would definitely give Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age a try :)

@BlackMagic8520 nothing like fire emblem. more like a really epic Final Fantasy. only thing i hate about it is the cutscenes/dialogue (usually long as hell and you cant skip it.)
