according to the World Health Organization. Some countries have world class medical hospitals. (see the 60 minutes special). I have been a couple of time to hospitals in Thailand. It is amazing to see the number of foreigners that go to these hospitals. I never spent more that 1 hour from entering the hospital for treatment.
And the cost was never more than $50 including medication. (I broke my shoulder once and developed bronchitus).

I will try to refute this complex diatribe of run-ons to the degree which I find it legible.
1. The fact that you are against illegal immigrants does not make you a racist, as "Illegal Immigrants" are not a race.
2. Killing murderers is no more inhumane then what they did in the act of killing, the preceeding actions may have been less humane (ie rape, robbery, assault, etc.) but the fact is that these things do not warrant the death penalty unless paired with murder.
And to expand on point 2 very briefly as I am sure this will be hotly contested.
For a murder to be elligible for the death penalty it must be classified as an aggravated offense, meaning that another crime must be perpetrated along with the murder.
Now this does not really make sense because it rather arbitrary, for example if I steal $20 from your wallet and then kill you then I am elligible for the death penalty.
So in effect, you are saying that the life of a person can be reduced to the decision to steal $20. I say this because if there were no criminal activity besides the killing then the killer would not be elligible for the death penatly. So the action of stealign $20, which would geet you an over-nighter alone, decides whether or not you lose your life.
3. If you support the death penatly from a financial standpoint, you are mistake. It is actually cheaper for life in prison at this juncture then it is for the death penalty.
4. While it is true that private business is usually more effective than government run business, it is not incapable of keeping up and maintaining a standard to "keep the others honest". A good example of this is USPS, it regulates prices of mailing and shipping from that of its competitors.

It can't go on forever, but as a short-term strategy it is sound.
Republicans since Reagan are most guilty of increasing our federal debt, IMO, although Dems certainly helped.

according to the World Health Organization. Some countries have world class medical hospitals. (see the 60 minutes special). I have been a couple of time to hospitals in Thailand. It is amazing to see the number of foreigners that go to these hospitals. I never spent more that 1 hour from entering the hospital for treatment.
And the cost was never more than $50 including medication. (I broke my shoulder once and developed bronchitus).

I will try to refute this complex diatribe of run-ons to the degree which I find it legible.
1. The fact that you are against illegal immigrants does not make you a racist, as "Illegal Immigrants" are not a race.
2. Killing murderers is no more inhumane then what they did in the act of killing, the preceeding actions may have been less humane (ie rape, robbery, assault, etc.) but the fact is that these things do not warrant the death penalty unless paired with murder.

And to expand on point 2 very briefly as I am sure this will be hotly contested.
For a murder to be elligible for the death penalty it must be classified as an aggravated offense, meaning that another crime must be perpetrated along with the murder.
Now this does not really make sense because it rather arbitrary, for example if I steal $20 from your wallet and then kill you then I am elligible for the death penalty.

3. If you support the death penatly from a financial standpoint, you are mistake. It is actually cheaper for life in prison at this juncture then it is for the death penalty.
4. While it is true that private business is usually more effective than government run business, it is not incapable of keeping up and maintaining a standard to "keep the others honest". A good example of this is USPS, it regulates prices of mailing and shipping from that of its competitors.

AA? Please he is only half black. It may have helped some. But you got to give respect where respect is due. You know damn well he had to work for it. Even if AA is why he got admitted to Harvard he still has to find money to pay for it!!! It is clear that he has worked hard to get where he is. The term, has been for a couple of decades, Dumbing Down. But that isn't really the point. Even if mr oblama had/has a high IQ, he still doesn't have enough experience to be President of the United States.
As for "WHITE" kids who couldn't get into college w/o parents pulling strings, we won't disagree on that one. Because, I don't believe in anyone getting into college who doesn't deserve it.

If you are asking me, I have no problem with gay ppl, and hetro's that think ppl choose to be gay have a screw loose. Personally I could never be gay, but you can't blame others for their feelings. That said: I don't need gayness shoved in my face by the media or anything else. Every minority wants full acceptance these days, and that is just un-realistic thinking!

I said nothing about equal rights. I said every minority, (mainly referring to gays), (could also use ILLEGAL Aliens), wants full acceptance. It is unrealistic to think every Straight person thinks male to male sex, is just as normal as hetro sex. My frustration in debating liberal minded, and young ppl, who are often liberal minded, is that I don't feel they want to realize that there is a price tag to everything, and that price tag gets thrown on to the tax payers. Voting rights have been changed over the course of decades to include groups that were excluded from it originally. I hear no complaints about that after the fact...
Furthermore, Gays do not have equal rights because they cannot do everythign a straight person can. End of story that is not equal.
The only argument against it is projection of religious values which is just plain anti-American.

Really? Can straight people marry others of the same sex? No, so it seems that we are equally prohibited from doing the same thing. Hence by definition straight people and gays have the same rights when it comes to marrying people of the same sex. Gays represent at most 3 to 4% of the population in this country. Is that enough for us to rewrite our definition of marriage to suit them? Sorry, no.

You see this is a very tricky semantic argument. The flaw here is a non-sequitar.
A straight person cannot marry someone of their own sex, if they wished to do this then they are not in fact straight.
Homosexuals (which make up 9-11% of the population by the way, and that only the openly gay individuals) households make up 2% of households.
Bottom line is everyone deserves the right to marry who they love, no matter what a religion says about it or how much of a minority they are.

The second error is the claim that, presumably, no straight person would ever marry a person of the same sex if it were legal. There are lots of marriages that are not based on the romantic feelings of those involved. In fact the notion of marrying for love is part of the

As the ones who would change how our society treats marriage, it is incumbent on them to convince us all how it would

We do not accede to the wishes of every minority group that claims their rights are violated. We don't sanction multiple marrage because people say that they have feelings for more than one person.
Why do we discriminate against those people? are they not a worthy minority?
Are not THEIR feelings all important?
Why not change the age of consent to 5?
Certainly the feelings of older people for younger should be honored as well? Right? If FEELINGS are the basis upon which we decide, why not?

A.) The age of consent is not a relevant argument because it infringes upon the competence of minors. It has nothing to do with denying the rights of attraction. We also do not let them sign contracts for the same reason.
Poligamy.... yes, I disagree with this practice. But that does not mean it is my place to limit it. you are right, it is a similar story and probably should be allowed as long as all parties are knowledgable.

When it infringes on the rights of others or endangers the well being of a child.
It is the same difference as Rosa Parks not sitting at the back of the bus. It is a small thing, in honesty, and the only reason that it matters is because it sets them aside from the general public and marks them as inferior.
I am sure you will contest the point that it makes them inferior, but you are not the one being discriminated against and therefore have no idea of the injustice of the matter.
