I'm pretty sure if Eager wanted to lay a hit on him, with as small as rypien is and him not looking, eager could have easily skated right through him and still been standing. Im a die hard Hawks fan, and Ben eager if given less of a goon role, would be pretty good. The guy has a ton of skill. Personally, fighting is not his strong suite, nor is he a very good hitter. But as far as skill, he's pretty decent, Hawks just need him to be a tough guy BC there arent really any on the team.

Ben Eager isn't a very good fighter to begin with. But I do agree, Rypien is hands down one of the best pound for pound fighters in the league.
