Agreed, great song! There's no sample, all songs must be original in order to take part in the contest. Motiv8 produced it though and their "sound" was used quite a lot though during the early and mid 90s.

From the dawn of time a key requirement for a singer is to be able to sing. She clearly can't sing for toffee just like the vast majority of artists today.It's a really painful performance to watch.
