I am so glad I watched this, I now understand what you guys feel and that I'm not all that different, the part about fear has really boosted my confidence too, knowing that even active and experienced tracuers also share that fear. I wish I lived in a city, not on a completely flat country area.
ive been doing parkour was about year. i wanted to get into the freerunning part of parkour. Btwists, aerials, flips etc i just started going to a gymnastics gym but im taking everything slowly starting out with front flips. got any tips to help me out?
wow man hey i live in a rural town in nc and im 15 and ive been free running for about a year and a half there are no places to free run or do parkour any ideas to where i can do this more
and im from new jersey (in a suburban area) so theres not as much to freerun around here as other places...but i know exactly what ur talking about how we see things differently..i catch myself staring at things just thinkin about what i could do on it.
great interview u guys really know what freerunning is all about...mad respect...im only 18 and have been freerunning for year now...i train and practice as much as i can..cant get enough i love it....i hope that by the time im ur guys age ill be as good as u....i feel like imma about halfway there lol
googly, I live in socal as well in orange county... I don't know If you've been there, but do ya know of any good places? Because my area seems to suck really hard for parkour/free-running... HELP?
I will be 44 in a few weeks. I have looked at things the way they describe my whole life but then ave usually just "taken the stairs". Thanks, at least in part, to the free runners setting an example I have begun to take a few little walls or go down two or three steps at a time. It's not much, but it's a start. it's never too late to start. Thanks Nicholas and Michael.
Nice video, I've done Freerunning for almost 5 months and can do pretty much everything exept for stuff that envolves back flips and back hand springs. Any tips?
Thanks Googley, some friends and I were freerunning downtown and found this pretty much brand new mattress in a dumpster and used that and so I learned a backflip! Thanks man
God knows when you will break a bone, hurt yourself, and die. There is a specific point in time already planned out to happen. So just remmember, when you jumping off that three story roof to the ground, thinking "OMG How am I going to do this, No Way! No Way!" Remmember if it's not your time to get hurt, It wom't be.
absolutely sick video great documentary , you always see parkour documentaries but never free running you guys nailed it great job and awesome stunts , keep the vids coming cant w8 to see more
This video is so perfect in giving the answer to free running and parkour. Traucuers for life! It is about freedom and the power of mind switch where you express yourself and lose your fear. N thats why I made Team F.E.A.R. Great video.
amazing.

Use pads, the beach, a trampoline, a gymnastics gym, what ever you have in your area to get your body feeling comfortable with the motions. good luck

Awesome job with the video. My only complaint is that the music used in this is used in EVERY OTHER free running video.
Haha, 5 outta 5. =)
