You see how it drops to 0, then it returns to 50 or better, if its a bad pump or going bad it will not return to 50 psi, so its not the pump itself, you may be low on oil, it may pump it to the top and in a gummed up engine it wont flow back to the pan quick enuff, so your pump picks up air and that causes the fluctuation, thats just one scenario, could be so many, put a manual gauge on it first step then work from there, dont assume its the pump first thing, work from easy to hard, good luck!
Mine was doing the same thing. I have an 01 Camaro with the 3800 V6. It's in the shop now. I'll know more in the morning if anything was damaged or not.
@kickass5410 it's the actual clearances between the rod bearings and the main bearings that creates pressure lol theres a oil pump that picks up oil from the bottom of the pan and sends it through the oil filter right to the crank and piston rods
My 95's doin the same thing it just's doesn't vary as much as this one on the vid is their a possibility that it could be a senser fukin up or is it guaranteed the oil pump ?
I think the connector to your oil pressure sender is bad. I can't imagine your oil pressure would vary that wildly without some severe engine noise or engine failure.
@mafix2101985 the only thing the crank case does for oil is flings it up onto the bottom of the connecting rod and piston skirt. i do know that there are some people that are better mechanics than me and that have more knowlege abou this stuff but its basic common sence.

i have a 95 too when i start it the pressure is at 40 , but when it gets hot it gows down to 20 or so is this the pump or sender ???

@pblackbird I had the oil pump replaced.. problem solved.. and there was slight knocking but no damage was done. Runs great now..

@pblackbird Actually the pressure sender is basically an ON/OFF switch in some vehicles. So it would do this if starved of oil.

It was the original oil pump. And yes without pump supplying oil, pressure is lost.
