  • Hey that looks like superdell flying

  • Is this the same John Black who crasehd in a wing collapse? I saw a video on this site and he had a broken back from the accident.

    Hope he's okay now.

  • I see you guys flying around pcb all the time and i think its amazing. Seeing you fly around all the time and watching these videos has definatelly goten me interested.

  • Kevin and Dave thanks guys I appreciated the help from you guys. This will always be home to me.

  • Delray Pilot the passenger signed a waiver because I was the one that witnessed it. in fact al pilots were required to sign waivers as well as passengers.

  • its so much noisy . the noise coming over all panma city . you can hear it from hiland park

  • ^^^hahaha how would a helmet protect a passenger while flying low over the water or in any other case?

Man he's flying up in the sky, not riding a bike on a street!

  • @CaliFlyer Would you wear a helmet while riding a bike? If so; why?

  • what's up with you man?, you should cage your prejudice for awhile and watch this pilot. you might learn something that could save your life.

  • Sorry, I have to agree with Bob on this one guys (though I do hate that). Dell may be a fantastic pilot but he is also one of the biggest d#!kh?$ds in the sport. Taking a passenger up without a waiver, without a helmet, and flying within feet of a 12 story building and low over the water is no less than a wreckless act NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOU ARE as a pilot.

  • Unless you REALLY understand how to fly a paraglider. And you know how to use laminar coastal air and a lift band to remain airborne without a motor. Beach air is pretty much the most benign thing you can fly in. Let's stop all the BS judgment stuff and have fun. Great Video and Great Job John!

  • The only BS here is the notion that a high level of skill and familiarity with beach winds allows a pilot to take the life of someone else in his hands and break a handful of basic safety RULES. I don't need a lecture on beach air, I live in it.

  • Well, the passenger may be taking a risk, but as long as he UNDERSTANDS the risk, I don't see a problem with Dell...

  • I also flew Beach Blast 2009. It was great to meet everyone new to our beach and I hope you all come back next year! It as the best fly-in I've been to in years! Special thanks to Capt John Black. He did an amazing job putting this all together! You don't want to miss Beach Blast 2010!

  • I flew beach blast too and what an event!!!!! Well done John Black
