The name Tatsuya decided is Koenji.

Kouenji is town name Tatsuya lives.

I found Koenji Hyakkei is the right name of the band. I corrected the YouTube. Kouenji is the right Japanese. Probably Tatsuya missed spell when he translated to English. But it is too late for him. Koenji Hyakkei will be made lots of miss spell.

Kouenji Hyakkei is the correct spelling if you transcribe from japanese.
