I always have good luck with Gargs.. i've done about 4 tasks and gotten 4 effigies from them. Probably not amazing, but 1 effigy/task is pretty nice for me

Two things to say - I'm the total opposite to you, I have one single task blocked and I do everything else (Blue dragons, might unblock them if i can live with not banking everything...)

Second thing! Overloads on Slayer. How much better are they than Extremes? No one ever answers in straight-up XP rates, just stuff about herblore XP and whatnot, so do you have any REAL, slayer-only information concerning that? Thanks for any reply =)

Warped tortoise's are pretty decent, you can set up a cannon there and they have a fast spawn rate, can kill each of them in like 5seconds minus. Also can use titan there as multi, good cash, standard charms

i always have to skip tons of tasks as i'm a noob, and a waterfiend task cost me like 300k as i had to use anchor :P I got black demons at moment i it takes me 2mins to safe one with ranged, or 1min with melee but can't really afford the p pots

Warped tortoises are good money tho. With just a little bit bit of luck you can make 500k gp/hr there. The best drop you want to pick up are the Tortoise shells, which are use to make tortoise pouches. These should be over 12k each atm and they are dropped quiet often. I'd suggest you do this task for once and find out that this task is at least good money :)

@FangzorRS I'm disappointed you rate Kalphites at 3/10.

I suppose basing it on Effigies and Charms, that it's definitely reasonable, but I don't find slayer something you should 'expect' to get effigies on, as they are generally going to be quite rare - and should just be something you aqquire as you slay.

Their xp rate is not bad at all, honestly and their blue charms aren't too bad either. You can get to them using fairy rings too.

Never really understood this hatred for Kalphites. =(

Hey Fangzor, just wandering whether you could look into this for your next comparison thing:

The protect melee prayer decreases the max damage that can be hit on a player...

so if you use the protect from melee along with another prayer giving defense increase such as steel skin, piety and turmoil will the maximum hit be decreased further
