@turtleark That is because Game Informer is strict on their game ratings. If its not worth the wait, or the time, they'll give it a low rate. But in my opinion, this is a great game.

I love the new style of the game, ist a bit different from the other games but i think its worth it, the cutscenes n voice acting are very nice, so i will add it to my metroid collection =] along with Halo:Reach n Fable 3

I love how you use the morph ball in combat. I have seen another players' playthroughs and they don't use it at all.

Nes, Super nes, GBA metroids got the old gameplay style on lock and the reason they are good. Gamecube Version is an other great Nintendo original idea that made metroid so great again with a total new form of gameplay.

Now, you have metroid other M made by team ninja. Worst metroid ever. A peace of shit and its too easy. I hear folks completing that game in one day without effort.

@RealBigDeal22 While I do agree that this is far from the greatest Metroid out there, It still a pretty solid game according to most people who've played it. Then again the value of a game as well as it's difficulty is subjective so I guess I'll hold my opinion until I've played it. You also may wanna work on your grammar bro.

@RealBigDeal22 i would have to disagree. from what i have seen this is one of the best metroid games made to date! i meen a good story, tactical combat, she finaly has some reaction sequences! i cant wait untell tommarow! i have it pre-ordered! besides dont diss a game untell ya have actouely played it dude.

@SythKohore If you think its the best metroid, you are obviously not a fan of metroid. So all i can say is enjoy your movie. Since metroid other m is only worth to play to get to the cinematic. Still, Samus voice sux and she only say the obvious stuff(I saw the review) You should rent the game instead since you can complete it in one day. Its also too easy with Auto aim and HP regen to 100% system. Dodge system is an other easy mode. Keep your money for a game with more longevity.

@RealBigDeal22 If you would only rent the game then YOU'RE obviously not a fan of Metroid. I mean, you're judging a game because it's short and you don't like the voice actor? Are you retarded? I have played every Metroid game that has come out, and that doesn't mean I won't like this one. Seriously. I mean, Zero Mission was INCREDIBLY easy, and could be completed in a day. Same with the original. Doesn't mean it wasn't fun

@narutokingchidori short is a reason to rent it instead of buying it. Its smart i end up spending 5 box instead of 50 for a game that last 1 or 2 days.

Im a fan of metroids. Does not mean that i order myself to buy anything that hold the metroid IP. Im a fan of metroids gameplay. So if there is an other game made with the exact same idea, im gonna buy it. Im that type of fan.

Now, try to play zero mission or super with 0 energy tank and complete the game. I can do it. Fusion was too hard.

@RealBigDeal22 I see what you mean, but I think that the game follows the Metroid formula, if you're looking at it from other Metroid games. This is basically a 3D Metroid Fusion. Adam Tells you where to go, locks the doors around you, and you go there. Just sayin'

And I find Fusion to be one of the easiest Metroid games out there >_> I'm not saying that I'm some pro, but I find the original to be the hardest. Fusion was WAY too easy

@narutokingchidori Not saying Fusion was hard. I said its the hardest if you play with the challenge in mind of not taking 1 energy tank.

If you are a real fan of Zelda too, you should try to finish link in the pass, the 2 zelda or N64 and the one on wii to see if you can complete them with only 3 starter peace of heart.

Go ahead, buy it if you want, but i bet that in a day or 2, you will complete the game and wont even want to play it twice. This is why you have to rent it,
