I think everyone would agree that as long as you have the ability to read and understand the english language then you should be able to interpret the other video's title as having "no music." I don't see what is confusing about the two video's titles. One has music and one does not.

all of us prefer actual human dispatches over the automated but it isnt up to us

@BakerM92 Yeah our city(Chicago) uses automated dispatch and a couple other towns use auto dispatch. I honestly think that the system we use is easier with an actual human dispatcher but its easier for bigger towns and cities and quicker i guess. Humans give a more detailed description of the call.
