@melissakonsey haha no i understand! they actually didn't sag but i also havent seen much muscle either. i think its because i don't do a lot with my upper body. im sure if you do they will perk up. im sure it would also be different with age. i just turned 21 last week. lol but i definitely recommend!!! My butt DEFINITELY became fuller and more toned and including the back of my thighs!
Hey nicole, I was wondering what did you use for a diet? Did you stick to the nutrition plan, or just kind of did your own? Also if you calculated how many calories you were supposed to intake, did you go a little less or hit the exact calories per day? I'm currently on my 4th week of insanity, and I can feel everything inside getting stronger, even some abs forming under my belly. But the waist/belly is being a bit stubborn, I'm wondering if my diet isn't working or I'm just being hastey.
@djziggurat Ran out of letters. I had one more question. Would you say most of the fat burns during the second month? I'd like to see your full 60 day results, you look awesome even within the first month.
@djziggurat It really sucks that I cannot answer this question because I only stuck with 1 and a half weeks of month two. I stopped working out and just had a strict diet and now im training for Savage Race which is in 2 weeks so ive just been running and eating right. I would definitely say month two though! they were hr long workouts and way tougher than month 1!!

Wow! This is awesome! I hope you don't mind me asking you this, but I noticed you have some pretty big breasts. After doing the Insanity, did they get smaller at all or no? I'm just curious to know because I have big breasts too and I don't want mine to get smaller if I was to lose weight. I'm planning to get on the Insanity as well! And congrats on your new look! =)
@BaoXiongDaRapper hahaha. thats's actually one of the things i wanted to get rid of or at least tone down. YESS! They went down a lot!! i was a low D and now I am at a 32 C and can fit into some B's! The reason why they went down a lot is because you do a lot of pushups and upper body workouts! Constantly moving your arms. Believe me, the results are worth the loss...lol Goodluck if you try it out and let me know how you do! :)

@BaoXiongDaRapper Don't listen to those comments. I have seen people who are really big do this and get AMAZINGGG results! And I wasn't fit. Ive always had an athletic build from years of soccer but when i quit after high school let myself go. So i had a lot of work to do and Insanity whipped me in shape fast! I definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone and there will be time you want to give up but just think about how you will feel afterwards..ACCOMPLISHED! :)

@CatCallan i know what you mean but think about it. You can have this program and workout whenever you want, no gym, no equipment necessary. I love that about it because you can do it in your room only needing yourself! You can get amazing results fast but it is all on you on how hard you push yourself!
Uhg... I WISH I had more to loose... you see results so much faster that way. I am on week 4 with 2 days left until recovery week. I started 120-125 depending on where Im at in the month. My scale doesnt work so I cant weigh right now, but I havnt lost any measurements. My biceps are getting bigger and one could bounce a quarter off my toush... im hoping that month 2 will have better results on my abs. Im used to getting washboarded in 4weeks... this is slow for me.
@CraZyGiRL5093 i know what you mean...im at 125 right now and im not seeing results as fast anymore. when i was at 150 i dropped weight so quick. It is all on how hard you push though. Like when your doing the exercises push your hardest on each one. Month two is crazy & maybe more for you..hour workouts and a lot more work so just stick through month 1..im sure you will love month two!
Omg, that's exactly my goal.. Starting Insanity on Monday to get ripped for the summer, but already having a diet to follow. My weight is 61 with my 175cm but wanna loose a few pounds. Thanks for the motivation! :)

i started the insanity programme but i dont know how to go about it i have this workout video that a friend gave to me but i dont know if i should do the whole thing same day or i should split it in days pls help:-(
@catalinski1 the workout should be around 30 mins a video. you don't want to do the whole program in one day! lol but you do want to do 1 video for 30 mins. your second month vids will run about an hour or so, so u will know the difference if you're in 1st month or 2nd. you should first start with month 1 "Fit Test" to see how in shape you are first! hope i helped a little and good luck!!! :)
I just started Insanity, and starting my second week. Your video keeps me motivated. Just doing the warmups got me sweating like crazy.. I can't wait to start my second week..

@XxShuushiixX 1. It does both! it helped me lose weight and i noticed i could do up to 25 push-ups at the end when at the beginning i couldn't even do more than 5!
2. They do have a diet that goes with it and I'm sure it would give even better results than what I got but I didn't follow their diet.
3. I noticed my body changing around the 2nd week! It may sounds easy but this program is truly INSANE! You will be pouring sweat at the end of your first workout!
I'm planning on doing Insanity after I finish Brazil Butt Lift and oh my gosh, your results make me want to start it right away! You look absolutely amazing!! -3 good luck reaching your goal weight!
