Ayaka isn't from Hawaii, as kingofstupid said in reply to you. She lived there for a while, but she was born in Kobe (Japan). Her mastery of English to the point of sounding native is something I've encountered in person only once in my entire life from an ESL speaker.

ESL = English as a Second Language, usually meaning people - like Ayaka - who didn't start to learn English until past the "language finalising" years of 5-7 years old. Usually such people have an accent, no matter what they do

TV Tokyo is where they produced 'Hello! Morning', and Ayaka would catch the members coming from and going into the studio. Aibon was in her "alien" costume for a Mini Moni segment on 'Hello! Morning'.
