Dr. Demento actually doesn't make his own music, he collects novelty songs by lesser known artists and such. I have his 25th anniversary double CD set.

Weird Al actually got his start because of Dr. Demento, with Eat It.

I love Weird Al, but I also love Spike and the City Slickers (Cocktails for Two and the Fuhrer's Face), and Tom Lehrer (The Masochism Tango and Poisoning Pigeons in the Park.)

@sweetnsourtippy- I know Weird Al is annoyed about things like this. Too many songs are being credited to him, some of which are a lot less "clean" than this song is. In the case of "Don't Touch That", I think it's as good as a real Weird Al song, but it's not right that the real makers of the song don't get credit half of the time.
