The story of Jessica Jane sickens me.In 1998 the "mother" decided she wanted no baby to interrupt her career. Jessica Jane was just 22 weeks old when she was aborted – alive. She was placed in a stainless steel dish by a horrified midwife and left in a room, where she cried until she died, alone, 80 minutes later.

Charge them with murder. Their intention was always to kill the child, that they failed makes no difference, but that they left a child then to die without giving it care and assistance is indefensible. From what I hear most people find late term abortion abhorrent along with leaving a child that is still alive after a failed abortion. Why is that? They have no qualm regarding the termination of a child in it's earlier development yet show repulsion in their later development. Crazy reasoning!

If they leave a child to die after a failed abortion, they should be charged, at least, with manslaughter !
