The part where Rod Serling apears does come from the episode called It's a Wonderful life, where he points at a map of the USA instead of the elevator itself. That part was doctored to make it look like a real episode

Disney is so amazing in making believable environments with their parks..... When i go to MGM studios, i feel like im in hollywood.... when i go to Animal Kingdom, i feel like im in Africa or Asia..... DISNEY is so awesome and amazing, when i go there, i feel like a kid again. I love these parks and disney will never die. They're so amazing and some people dont see that from their point of view. When ever i hear the twilight zone theme or see the tower of terror i get a completely strange feeling ever since i rode the on in disney's california adventure.
i went there before, but i didn't went to the tower of terror ride because i think it is scary. my dad, my brother and my friend's older brother went on it. Me, my friend, her mom, her mom's friend and my friend's grandpa was waiting outside at morning eating ice cream in the summer last year i think... After they were out, we told them that we ate ice cream.
They didn't build it at California Adventure for two reasons.
1. To save money and space.
2. To improve the reliability of the ride system, as Florida's 5th Dimension sequence often causes the attraction to break down as this is where the computer loses contact with the elevator car a lot.
Given that Tower of Terror at Tokyo DisneySea uses the California version of the ride system (but not the Twilight Zone theme), it does show that the California version has a better ride system.
Just because it exists in California, how does that prove it has a better ride system? "Better" is an Opinion, I personally like Florida's version is Better than California's

The Florida version of this ride is much better then the California Version. It's a shame they didn't build this version of the ride in California.
