I had this surgery with this ophthalmologist. I have also had the penetrating keratoplasty previously in the other eye. As a patient, I heartily recommend this procedure for its minimal healing time and its nearly immediate useable vision.
Thank you very much for the video. I have sight in only one eye due to a bomb explosion back in 1964. Both eyes received grafts, but the left eye had severe damage and didn't make it. The other eye is still good, but the endothelial cells are slighly hazy, so I will need this procedure done in the future. Thanks again...Barry in PA.

Is this a complete corneal transplant? Because I saw in the video that it only replaced part of it in the center (Stroma and Descements?)

Is your vision somewhat normal,better than it was?
How was the healing process? Any pain?
