Katee Sackhoff Q&A- Starfest '09

I thank you for posting this. I was at that convention (as I have been going to it since '03) and this was a cool little reminder of how much fun it is going there. I only wish there were some way the convention was allowed to have some videos from the Q&A sessions maybe even just hosted on their website. Some sort of highlights reel.

The logic of some of these comments is retarded. It's like saying because they broadcast Yankees games on television that nobody is going to go to the game because they can watch it on tv for free. Yankees game constantly sell out. People go to Cons for the experience and to meet the people. This video doesn't take away from that, all it does is show what it's like and to let us that are unable to go be able to hear some of the info.

You can't?!!? I thought you only couldn't post video of exclusive footage! Oh no! I hope to promote the con, not hurt it! It's such a great convention!

Problem is, ANY unauthorized recording DOES hurt it. The reason why it is such a great convention is because of all the special guests and content. This is the kind of stuff that gets lawyers up in arms and then agencies quit sending their clients to conventions. Eventually, NO CONVENTION! Seriously, take it down.

Oh, noes! You're not supposed to be videotaping at the con. Oh, well, technology bypasses arcane rules. They still won't just post free videos of past cons, very protective of their revenue stream.
