I dont see any provision in the Constitution about free market systems. I do see millions of unemployed however. i see minorities living far less comfortably than whites. this is social injustice. The people voted for a change in the government's approach to these problems. The health care system is ruined and discriminatory. Every other developed nation gaurantees heath care. So should we. It has nothing do with "America's soul" or whatever other nationalist ideology you have.

You are missing one very important factor. the very Obvious and very large Tax increase that will have to be initiated in order to pay for health care for over 300 million people. 300 million people who do not all pay taxes, School children, illegal immigrants, the unemployed, etc. etc. And when they find out that taxes are inefficient they will resort to making up the difference by attacking 401K's, Retirement Funds, and social security.
