Can you order the pipes and everything through? If so whats the cost?

the digituner CAN be autotune if you supply a 5v reference from the 02 sensor. but it's not at all necessary. it provides plenty of fuel and I'm having them remapped to offer more top end adjustment to 15% fuel adjustment. they install in about 20 minuites and just plug in to the harness and you ground 1 wire to the frame by the shifter.
