Its always so cool for one to see a dad teaching his kids the very lost form of basic outdoor skills but even better when he is teaching his little girl and she can do it better than most young men that are out there these days. Way to go.
@rmstudio That is a very nice comment. one of the best i've read in a while. thanks. at age 7, she won a fishing tournament and its on my vids. and she can out fish most people at the local ponds. she cooks up one mean trout while we are backpacking too! one cool little girl. makes me verry proud every time
@PHARRAOH Your welcome and it was well deserved. As I know and see the value of what your doing for her as well as its importance. Your teaching her so many things on so many different levels by the time you spend with her fishing and the outdoors. I have a youngin of my own and the lessons learned having to prepare their own food or casting a line is a big mountain of wisdom. Teaches them self reliance as well as patients talking with fellow fisherman "Which are wise old people" LoL.
@PHARRAOH P.S. 2nd part I own the stove myself and got it at Cheaper than Dirt website. I love the stove some said it did not fit the Molle bag you had but it looks like in your video that it did fine "Snug" But fine. What a bargain at 10 bucks. I read some of the websites reviews of people complaining about the silliest of things about the stove. For 10 bucks how can you go wrong? LoL. Just love mine use it with alcohol stove "no sot" Thanks for writing back.

@saradreaming thanks Sara, I've been teaching her how to fly fish for a few weeks, she's been lure and bait fishing, since she could walk. She even won her first kids tournament a few years back with 11 trout and 2 catfish. That "hooked" her on the sport. :-)
