@Sumer61 had a bird i felt that way about. The sweetest memories can also be so hard. I look at my pets my family and friends and I realize we will all pass just as every moment does. Slows down the mind and makes one see and feel deeper when you realize it. I'm 55 in December and yet I clearly remember the day and place I took my first steps! I described it to my parents(even the panmts I was wearing and where each of then sat) and their chins dropped as they confirmed it. SO many memories!
