"Use imperfect for when we don't know if the action has ended, but we know it has been continued in the past".....but if it hasn't ended, it wouldn't be in the past, but in the present...wtf this is confusing.

I had this same problem. You'd have to download it onto a flash drive but you might need the right software. Sorry for the late reply! ^.^;;
