Lachspieren's comment about what s/he terms as "african people" is unfortunate. South Africans are kind peoples who have endured much suffering throughout their history because of the racism practiced against them by white South Africans and those around the world who patronized/condoned their inhumane apartheid systems. Spaniards have a reputation for being xenophobic peoples; and comments such as the one in question only reiterate the notion that, indeed, some of them are bigots.

Well, who is the responsible for assigning the reputations? If you share that it's because of the anglo-media', Spain's immigration rate is vy heavy and I personally believe that, in big numbers, Spaniards' predisposition to racism is particularly low, and, in comparison with England.. no hay color.
