My turret was broken, and I had no gas canisters left, so I had to find another way. I find it much easier if you just stock up on shotgun ammo, shoot the Big Daddy, then run to the room where you get Incinerate (where you have to climb through the little hole. The Big Daddy obviously can't get you (unless you go too close to the whole), so you can just kill him using the line of oil or petrol or whatever it is, and the shotgun. Hope that helps! :)

What do you gain on letting them free and not harvesting them?

@Galarron Live = 80 adam and every 3 girls saved = 300 adam as a gift in the teddy bear with supplies and other stuff. So 440 adam per 3 girls. Vs 160 adam per girl = 480 adam only. I would say save them because it is only 40 adam less and you get other useful supplies.

its cause ur rushing. take ur time and line up your shots. make sure you save a lot and dnt continue after getting out of a vita-chamber (you start w/ lower health,ammo, etc.) load game instead.
