  • أخي الكريم هذه آخر مرة استطعت تنفيذ هذه العملية منذ أكثر من سنة والحاسب لا يستجيب لضغط هذه الأزرار ويقلع بشكل عادي دوماً، حتى أنه لا يستجيب لضغط زر Shift للدخول إلى حالة Safe mode هل لديك فكرة ماذا ممكن أن يكون السبب
